As a Board Certified Professional Christian Life Coach I specialize in mental health support (anxiety, depression, reconciliation), discipleship, and life transitions. It is easy to find ourselves discombobulated at any age and stage in life. Women and teens can engage in 1:1 and group coaching. Organizations can choose 1:1 for leadership and staff as well as group coaching.
