Welcome. I am glad that you are here. As the founder of REN, I wanted a safe space where people can find hope, healing and inspiration in their personal lives and in their businesses. After being in the nonprofit world for a couple decades, I was dismayed to find myself, my team, and other partner organizations struggling. Most of us in "people helping fields" were experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue and an overall sense of being buried. We were losing our passion and momentum. This pushed me to seek answers. 

 

I found that my life and business were getting overwhelmed with clutter and needed a renovation. I looked to the Lord to restore the vision and purpose that He called me to as I planned and executed the needed decluttering and organization. It was during this process that I found healing, clarity and my next step. I loved the renovation process and I was good at it. My years of experience coaching and teaching blended together with nonprofit management and development gave me a unique niche to help people renovate their lives, nonprofits, and ministries. REN Collaborative and REN Creative are a blend of my training, experience and passion.​​​
